We are delighted to confirm that Pinky Peach Boutique deliver internationally.
Our carriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, airports, hospitals and prisons. We will also at our discretion exclude delivery to any addresses which are considered to be insecure.
We are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
We can deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses and on this occasion would work with Royal Mail to deliver this.
Pinky Peach Boutique Delivery Services:
Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed; however, some orders may take longer to process, particularly if it’s a pre-order item in which case can take up to 21 days.
Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays

Allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed
Up to 3-5 working days for delivery via Royal Mail
Special Next (Working) Day Delivery
On orders placed by 2pm weekdays
Orders delivered next working day by 12pm
Saturday Special Delivery
On orders placed before 2pm each Friday
Orders delivered Saturday by 12pm
Orders placed on Friday will be processed on Monday (except Bank Holidays).
UK orders are sent using order tracking and require a signature at point of delivery. Please consider this when selecting a delivery address/location.
International – Europe
Up to 5-14 working days for delivery
International – Rest of the World
Up to 7-21 working days for delivery
Deliveries to The Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland may take up to two working days longer.
We also deliver to the Channel Islands please choose UK Delivery.

PLEASE READ OUR RETURNS POLICY PRIOR TO MAKING YOUR PURCHASE YOU CAN RETURN UNWORN AND UNUSED ITEMS WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS INTACT TO US WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND, OR WITHIN 28 DAYS FOR STORE CREDIT
ALL ITEMS WILL BE REFUNDED AT THE PRICE THEY WERE PURCHASED FOR
ORIGINAL DELIVERY CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE ON RETURNS
WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS
RETURNS ARE TO BE MADE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER. WE SUGGEST THAT ALL RETURNS ARE SENT TO US USING A TRACKABLE METHOD IN CASE OF LOSS IN TRANSIT.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, WE DO HOWEVER OFFER A CREDIT WHICH YOU ARE ABLE TO USE ON OUR SITE.
Please allow up to 21 working days from when your return has reached our premises for our team to process it.
We, unfortunately, don’t send confirmation emails when we receive returns but as soon as yours has been processed you will receive an automatic email. If you have a tracking number for your return and it has been received by us, your return will be in a queue awaiting processing.
We cannot refund your order or exchange after 14 days or issue a store credit for unwanted items after 28 days from receiving your order.
Please note Beauty items, Underwear, Bodysuits, Swimwear, and Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
Please kindly note prior to making any BESPOKE MADE TO ORDER ITEM PURCHASE from Pinky Peach Boutique, that due to it being a bespoke order, we DO NOT offer refunds.
At Pinky Peach Boutique we strive to continuously meet with your satisfaction so as long as the return of your original purchase meets with our criteria we will happily provide an exchange to the value or less than the original purchase price.

PINKY PEACH BOUTIQUE CREDIT
Should you wish to return and NOT have a replacement sent to you we can also offer you a credit for your Pinky Peach Boutique account to use at a later date. This will be managed by our Customer Services Team via email email@example.com
RETURNING YOUR ITEMS
Every order we package is thoroughly checked and prepared to our exceptional high standards. ALL orders are photographed before packaging and then posted out to you. Each order is issued with a copy of your purchase which includes the order number, the value, the specifications of your order and delivery details.
When returning your Pinky Peach Boutique item, our Customer Services Team will advise you of where to ship your items. You MUST include either:
- A copy of your order confirmation and the reason for returning your order
- Your name, address and contact details
- Once your item has been received, it is then passed to our Quality Control team for inspection. If the exchange/ credit has been accepted it will then go to our accounting team.
EXCHANGE / CREDIT / REFUND
Please ensure you read the following BEFORE returning your item to us. We WILL NOT be held liable or responsible for lost returned items, or items that do not meet our returns standards. We will NOT offer an exchange or refund if any of the following apply:
(i) The Pinky Peach Boutique Garment/ Accessory has been worn or used
(ii) The Pinky Peach Boutique Garment/ Accessory has had Pinky Peach Boutique labels removed
(iii) The Pinky Peach Boutique Garment/ Accessory has been scented with a perfume or fragrance indicating use.
(iv) The Pinky Peach Boutique Garment/ Accessory has been damaged or has been torn or is dirty
